3.1 Overview

At MUSHK CLOTHING, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

3.2 Return Eligibility

You are eligible to return a product if:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact

• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• The item is accompanied by the original invoice/receipt

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

• Items purchased on clearance/sale

• Innerwear, undergarments, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

• Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer

• Items without original tags or packaging

3.3 Return Process

• Step 1: Email us at hellomusharraff@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product

• Step 2: Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days

• Step 3: Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping address or arrange a pickup

• Step 4: Upon receipt and quality inspection, the refund/exchange will be processed

3.4 Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted for size or colour issues within 7 days of delivery

• The replacement item is subject to stock availability

• Shipping charges for exchange, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer

3.5 Refunds

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer — please provide your bank account details

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged goods)

3.6 Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

• To cancel, email us at hellomusharraff@gmail.com with your order ID

• Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled; please follow the return process

• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days

3.7 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
