4.1 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

4.2 Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day

• You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched

4.3 Delivery Time

• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 3–5 business days

• Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5–7 business days

• Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, natural events, or peak seasons.

4.4 Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above INR 499

• A flat shipping charge of INR 60 applies to orders below INR 499

• Charges are calculated and displayed at checkout

4.5 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email and/or SMS. You can track your order on the courier partner's website.

4.6 Failed Deliveries

• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier may reattempt delivery up to 2 times

• After failed attempts, the package is returned to us

• Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned packages

4.7 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you for a corrected address. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch. If you prefer a refund instead, we will process it minus original shipping charges.

4.8 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed over to the courier partner, the responsibility for delivery rests with them. If your tracking shows 'Delivered' but you have not received the package, please contact us within 48 hours and we will assist in filing a claim with the courier.
